I just posted this real story from my life/business which documents
on how you can profit from the expanding 18-35 year old 1st time
buyer market in literally just minutes after reading this.
It goes like this…
I was eating at “Punjab” an Indian joint here in Boca Raton with
some buddies yesterday and a mutual friend was talking about
an horrendous experience he’s having with his Realtor.
Horrendous I tell you! (I can’t get into details)
All I can say is that before me at the dinner table was a hard
working, young professional ready to buy, but fuming with
frustration after just firing his current Realtor!
He’s ready to buy…
+ 3 bedroom 2 baths
+ Condo on the beach
+ $300,000 to $400,000
+ Has 20% cash saving
+ 700+ credit score
PLUS needs to buy within 9 weeks cause he lease is up where
he currently lives. I’d call this a BUYER if I ever saw one.
Now…
The videos and pictures on this page are the EXACT ways I connected
with a fellow 28 year old to generate a “site-unseen” sales contract in
under 36 hours with 3 text message, and no phone calls.
Here’s the exact materials I used to get the deal underway. Feel to
steal ideas from them, use them in your business and ask me
questions by posting a comment below.
1) Video Email I Sent My Client to make 1st impression
(free video email service by TokBox)
up to go along with the video. Added value to video and links.

where basically makes an offer on the property after only

#1: having an iPhone helps
#2: using f-r-e-e video mail helps
#3: calling a masterminding helps
Enjoy!
Justin
PS: In about 2 weeks me and Coach Joeann Fossland are sitting
down to talk about “How to grow younger” and profit in this
new market.
This is going to be kinda a private call/mastermind between
the two of us, but I think we might for the *heck* of it invite
you and some other agents to listen in.
So if you want to “put a cup” against the wall and listen in,
keep an eye out in your inbox for a invite of sorts.
PPS: Someone up there likes me… Florida Association of
Realtors just published an article I wrote. They forgot to
tell me, but that’s cool, it’s been fun having agents come
up to me and say hello.
They used a goofy picture of me (maybe I’m just goofy
and it’s not the picture, thanks Alex Manne for the
commentary).

Justin,
Nice job of talking to the consumer at their level. Good use of TokBox. I normally use EyeJot which is a similar video email system.
Thanks for sharing. have a successful close.

Thank you for your great ideas. It is amazing how much our industry has changed over the past 20 years. My first cell phone was so heavy that it had a carrying handle and shoulder strap.

Hi Justin! GREAT use of technology for that GenX customer-turned-client! You did a wonderful job and obviously your buyer loved it too.
Keep the tips coming! I can use all of the help I can get here in CLT!

Justin,
Thanks for sharing your technique. So many realtors these days need to step up and use today’s technology, but they are afraid of it, and that’s just so silly. I find the use of technology to be so helpful in my business. It gives me the opportunity to be more in touch with clients at a personal level. Great suggestion on using a webinar to go over properties with prospects! Gotta use that one!
