I just finished a personal growth book and tested
out some of the actions to see if they could really
make a difference…

To help you, I shared my surprising results below.

I’m little embarrassed to share, but if my actions

I’ve been practicing them for only a couple weeks and
I already feel a new sense of freshness in my life.

His Challenge = Begin a 30-day media fast
My Response = I took the TV out of my bedroom
My Results = I’m sleeping better, up without alarm

3) Power

His Challenge = Spend 1 hr to work on top project.
My Response = Started my next marketing campaign

My Response = I donated $20 to a charity
My Results = Someone gave me a new book to read

5) Authority

His Challenge = Cancel an activity that no longer serves me
My Response = I told someone after a date we’re not compatible
My Results = Someone more compatible came into my life

6) Courage

His Challenge = Do one thing that scares you today
My Response = I wrote you this email
My Results = Results pending… I hope it empowers you

7) Intelligence

His Challenge = Draw something that represent you
My Response = I sketched mountain beach scene
My Results = Felt connected to where I want to live

Well these are my results. What do you want to create?
They take just a few minutes each to do a day. If you take
the time, it’s like giving yourself a mini vacation and darn
it you’re worth it!
