Last Thursday was the “How to Hold the Biggest the Open Houses”
webinar with Matt Ferrera and Steve Harney and I was hanging out
in the webinar chatroom answering questions.

It was exciting to see over 221 agents show up (despite the challenges
of the market) and say in one form or another,

“I know the current market conditions are temporary and I believe in
myself, I believe in real estate, and I believe in new technologies”

While that 60 90 minute webinar did a great job of jumping into the
nuts and bolts of social media, as you know like everything else you
have ever accomplished it’s the follow-through that brings results.

Follow Through = Results!

Follow through gets you referrals from clients talking to their friends
about how amazing of a job you did for them! Follow through brings
that difficult deal to a close, and follow through puts money in your
bank to pay for vacations, your kid’s education, and your retirement!

So in the spirit of follow-though, I’m following through with you after
this awesome webinar pass along a link to a special bonus to help you
follow though on getting more for your business, time, and money.

The webinar last week had 2 awesome speakers at your finger tips to
teach about social media, Twitter, and Facebook, and if you were in
attendance or not, this link today will give you access to over 40
awesome speakers who will guide you through social media and
beyond.

I don’t want to ruin the surprise on the other end of the this, but
I’m sure when you see what you get you’ll be like…

“This is fantastic!”

Have a great rest of the week!

Sincerely,
Justin Zimmerman

It’s Justin as you know I’m about sharing the “good stuff”
happening in the RE business to put both a smile on your
face and dollar bills in your pocket.

While it’s exciting to share success stories of agents who
are rocking it…. I’m concerned for the silent majority!

What about the Realtors out there who just jump in
“gungho” without a plan or a guide?

It’s dangerous…

Especially when it comes to social media.
(ie: Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn)

Playing around with social media can suck hours weeks
of time away from your main business and in this tough
market, that’s dangerous to your bottom line.

To ease any tensions, there’s a webinar next week with
two RE titans, Steve Harney and Matt Ferrara.

Watch the video and claim your spot on the webinar.

If you doubt social media is a solid business tool or want
to jump in, but don’t have a practical plan, this upcoming
premium presentation will buff away those fears and
doubts.

From what I know they are only doing it 1x…

So if you miss it, it’s gone for good. But if you join them,
you’ll get access to the live show and recording as well.

Oh, I’m not making a dime off of you signing up for this,
I just have a feeling this webinar will give you that “ah-ha”
moment that you’ll look back 2-3 weeks from now and say…

I’m glad I did that!

Cheers,
Justin Zimmerman
Sr. Creative Director

PS: As a bonus for signing up for this webinar, I know
of a special unannounced bonus Steve and Matt will be
giving away live that day.

It will make your investment in that webinar 2-3x more
valuable. I don’t have all the details yet, but if you love
learning and making money, it will be right up your
alley. More details forthcoming.

Watch the video and claim your spot on the webinar.

Luetta Newnam, a super agent and social-medialite sent this to me today
which pretty much sums up the “lame side” of twitter. It is really funny!
