Good eBook, but you really just need to tell everyone that if they use Point2NLS, all of their listings will be “syndicated” to all of these websites with a couple of clicks.
I’ve been using Point2NLS, as an additional website for my listings, for about a year now. Great site.

That is really cool that you got a call from the CEO of Point2NLS! It’s a great system that I recommend to all of my agents. I’ve been using it for over a year now. It helps me lock in a listing when I present because I can put their house out on so many different websites. I use to do that all by hand (each site at a time). Now I can just click a few buttons and have it out all over the web. I find that I get the most activity out of Craigslist when I use Point2 to submit. The page looks like my site, and it’s more intriguing than just the typical classified ad you get when you post there.
Their “Virtual Tour” is a great tool because I can upload that tour right away to my MLS system, even if I eventually use another system (I recommend “Visual Tour” at http://www.visualtour.com with its great stitching software!)

Here’s another idea for you: I create a blog for each of my listings, with their address in the domain and a link to the Visual Tour of their property. You can see a couple of mine here:
